Introduction to Biodynamic Cardiovascular Therapy

Taught by Elsie White with guest Andraly Horn • February 15-17, 2024 • Hillsdale, NY

“The artery rules supreme” - Dr. Andrew Still, founder of Osteopathy

Guest instructor Andraly Horn, BCST, RCST, along with Elsie White, will introduce the techniques developed by groundbreaking author and practitioner Michael Shea. This method, inspired by Andrew Stills and complemented by new scientific studies, enhances the resiliency of the cardiovascular system along with the autonomic nervous system. We will cover the theories behind Shea’s approach, the basics of its influence on the body, and how to integrate the work into your Biodynamic craniosacral therapy sessions. Specific contacts will be taught, so you can incorporate this modality into your practice right away.

Andraly Horn loves spending time playing in the dirt on his farm in Cumberland, Rhode Island. Connection to the land and its healing abilities is deeply present in his teachings of both bodywork principles and farming practices.
