BIODYNAMIC Basics Tutorial

A two--day introduction to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (and Part One of our Biodynamic Foundation Training)

Thursday-Friday, July 17-18, 2025  •  Chatham, NY
with Elsie White
Limited to 12 students.

We are delighted to present a two-day introductory workshop in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy--the perfect place to begin if you're eager to experience the beauty and effectiveness of this growing field. In our small group setting, we invite you to play and discover ways to bring more ease and heart to any kind of therapy practice.

"Perhaps the most important thing we bring to another person is the silence in us, not the sort of silence that is filled with unspoken criticism or hard withdrawal. The sort of silence that is a place of refuge, of rest, of acceptance of someone as they are. We are all hungry for this other silence. It is hard to find. In its presence we can remember something beyond the moment, a strength on which to build a life. Silence is a place of great power and healing."

- Rachel Naomi Remen

"Thank you again for such a wonderful and awakening beginning!  I look at everything so differently, the patterns of bark on a tree, the snow drifts, the subtle movement of tree branches . . . . it all leads me to a flowing mental picture that I have been using in my work. Thank you very much for all of your time, thought and love for what you do because it truly translated into a beautiful and informative experience."

- Carianne Russo, LMT, BCST
